Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in healthy food preparation, meal plans, catering, or cloud kitchen operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of organic ingredients, healthy cooking techniques, and balanced nutrition.
• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, food costing, and portion control.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a small team effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards.
• Creative, organized, and passionate about healthy food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to support the team when needed.
