The Head of Business Operations & Strategy is an executive leadership role responsible for helping shape and execute Arden's strategic vision while ensuring the organization operates efficiently, effectively, and at scale. Reporting directly to the President, this individual serves as a trusted advisor and execution partner across the business. What You’ll Do: - Strategic Planning & Growth: Partner with leadership to develop and execute Arden's strategic plan, lead business planning, and identify growth opportunities. - Business Performance & Analytics: Oversee KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and executive analyses. - Operations Leadership: Provide oversight of onboarding, client servicing operations, training, documentation standards, process governance, and vendor-supported operations. - Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Drive workflow optimization, establish operating standards, training programs, and vendor governance. - Business Operations & Service Delivery: Improve execution, service quality, organizational effectiveness, and operating model performance. - Financial Planning & Resource Management: Partner on budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and resource allocation. - Strategic Initiatives & Change Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide transformation and cross-functional initiatives. What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field. - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, strategy, consulting, transformation, or financial services. - Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives and improving operational performance. - Strong analytical, financial, communication, and leadership capabilities. Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
