# Head of Business Development **Asetku** · Jakarta · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Responsibilities - Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact B2B2C partnerships to distribute consumptive cash loans via large corporate ecosystems. - Act as the primary strategic custodian for large existing institutional partners, driving continuous optimization, and deeply integrating our lending solutions into their platforms. - Take full ownership of loan disbursement metrics, designing targeted initiatives to stimulate borrower conversion, active usage, and repeat cash loan drawdowns within partner platforms. - Collaborate closely with IT Product, Risk, Data Science, and Tech teams to refine user journeys, optimize credit scoring APls for partner platforms, and streamline the consumptive cash loan approval pipeline. - Mentor, scale, and lead a high-performing account management and business development team, instilling a data-driven culture with structured CRM tracking and sales pipelines. - Ensure all newly designed channelling programs and account growth frameworks strictly adhere to OJK regulations, consumer protection mandates, and ethical collection alignment. Requirements - 10+ years of total experience in commercial leadership, business development, or strategic account management within Fintech, Banking, or high-growth B2B2C digital platforms. - Demonstrated success in scaling consumer lending loan books or managing accounts worth trillion Rupiah in transaction volume/disbursements. - Mastery in institutional account management, sophisticated commercial structuring, financial modelling, and B2B negotiation. - Thorough knowledge of OJK frameworks governing consumptive fintech lending, data privacy laws, and borrower protection rules. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field.
