The role

A permanent, hands-on management role for a Dynamics 365 F&O specialist who wants to lead a team and own the applications a business runs on.

What you'll do

• Lead the support and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related business applications
• Act as the go-to person for BAU tickets, enhancements, change requests and projects
• Keep applications stable and secure, including upgrades and new releases
• Track and meet service levels
• Own system access and controls, and support audits
• Line manage a small team and manage external suppliers
• Work closely with finance and other stakeholders as their go-to systems contact
• Look for ways to use automation to cut repetitive work

What you'll bring

• 10+ years' experience, with a strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O background (essential)
• Genuine end-to-end experience: data migration, requirements gathering, SIT, UAT, BAU support and vendor management
• A mix of BAU support and transformation or project delivery
• Experience leading or managing people
• Confident communication with technical and non-technical people at every level

The client is open to an experienced manager or an ambitious up-and-comer ready for the step up.

Great if you also have

• Experience supporting HR or Microsoft 365 applications
• A finance qualification
