Head of Brand Accounts
About Telegra
Telegra helps people start and run their own online healthcare brands. Think of the weight-loss, hormone or wellness companies you see online. We give them everything they need behind the scenes: the doctors, the pharmacies, the checkout and the system that gets medication to patients’ doors. They focus on building their brand, and we make the rest work.
The role
You’ll run our Brand Accounts department, the team responsible for launching new brands and supporting them after they go live. You’ll lead the account managers and own the department’s results.
What you’ll do
- Retain brands. Monitor account health, spot risk early and step in before a brand leaves.
- Launch brands on time. Make sure every new brand completes onboarding and goes live on schedule.
- Lead urgent issues. When a brand has a problem that affects their business, coordinate our developers, pharmacy partners and finance team until it’s resolved.
- Build and coach the team. Hire, train and manage your account managers, including how they communicate with clients.
- Close every loop. Make sure every client question gets an answer, an owner and a date.
- Manage by the numbers. Keep our CRM and ticketing system accurate, and use the reporting to run the department.
Who does well here
- You own outcomes, not tasks. When a brand is unhappy, it’s your problem until it’s solved.
- You fix the system, not just the problem. If the same issue comes up twice, you put a process in place so it doesn’t come up again.
- You lead from the front. Your team sees you in the work, not just reviewing it.
- You take direct feedback well, and you give it to your team.
- You care about results, not hours.
Who doesn’t
- Someone who wants a job that stays the same every day.
- Someone who needs step-by-step instructions before acting.
- Someone who thinks “I sent it to another team” means the problem is handled.
- Someone who prefers to manage from a distance.
Required
- 3+ years in client success or account management. You’ve owned client relationships and results, not just answered requests.
- Experience leading a team. You’ve managed people, coached them and been accountable for their results.
- Clear, simple writing. You can explain something in two lines instead of ten.
- Calm under pressure. When something breaks, you lead the fix.
- Comfort with numbers and reporting.
- Experience with tools like Slack, a CRM (HubSpot or similar), a ticketing system (Jira or similar) and Google Workspace.
