# Head of Branch Expansion and Construction **Beyond the Box** · Cubao · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 6 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The Head of Branch Expansion and Construction is responsible for leading Digits Trading Corporation’s branch expansion and construction initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of new branches, renovations, and development projects aligned with the company’s growth objectives. This role oversees the complete expansion lifecycle, including site evaluation, project planning, construction execution, budget management, contractor coordination, regulatory compliance, and branch opening readiness. The position ensures projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and operational requirements while supporting the company’s long-term expansion strategy. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Expansion Planning Develop and execute branch expansion plans aligned with business growth objectives. Evaluate potential locations through market analysis, site assessment, and feasibility studies. Provide recommendations on expansion opportunities and investment priorities. Branch Development & Construction Management Lead end-to-end management of branch construction, renovation, and fit-out projects. Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and overall execution. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and aligned with company requirements. Site, Vendor & Contractor Management Manage relationships with contractors, architects, suppliers, consultants, and external partners. Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and project commitments. Budget & Cost Management Develop and monitor project budgets, CAPEX requirements, and cost controls. Ensure effective utilization of expansion investments. Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all projects comply with permits, government regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Identify project risks and implement solutions to prevent delays and cost overruns. Branch Opening Readiness Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, HR, IT, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure successful branch openings. Ensure completed branches meet operational, branding, and customer experience standards. Conduct post-opening reviews and recommend improvements. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead the Branch Expansion team, ensuring achievement of department goals and KPIs. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Drive continuous improvement in expansion processes and project execution. C. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Licensed Engineer/Architect is an advantage. Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in branch expansion, construction management, real estate development, or retail/commercial projects. Proven experience managing large-scale projects from planning to completion. Strong background in budgeting, contractor management, site development, and project execution. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
