Head Beauty Therapist

Job Summary

As Head Beauty Therapist, you will lead day-to-day beauty therapy services, deliver attentive treatments and help maintain a welcoming, professional experience for every client. You will guide the team’s approach to service, communicate clearly and support consistent standards across appointments.

Duties

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments and makeup looks.
• Deliver beauty treatments and makeup application with care, adapting your approach to each client.
• Coordinate the team’s daily work, share clear guidance and support a consistent standard of customer service.
• Keep treatment areas organised and communicate relevant client preferences or service updates to colleagues.
• Your impact: Thoughtful consultations help clients feel understood and enable colleagues to provide a more consistent, personalised service.
• Keep Therapists on Target
• Doing Stock Take and Rotas

Requirements

Required: Clear communication, customer service skills and English proficiency are essential for understanding client needs, explaining treatments and coordinating with colleagues. Preferred: Makeup application skills and related beauty therapy or team leadership experience can help you deliver a broader service and support the team effectively.

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
