SET THE ENERGY We’re Hiring –Head Bartender / Bartender ( FEMALE ONLY ) | Dubai We’re looking for an experienced, creative, and charismatic Head Bartender / Bartender ( FEMALE ONLY ) who can take ownership of the bar — from the quality of every drink to the energy of the team and the experience of every Guest. This is not simply a senior bartender position. We need someone who can lead the bar. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven experience as a Head Bartender / Bar Supervisor / Senior Bartender in a licensed restaurant, bar, beach club, or premium hospitality concept Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, classic cocktails, and modern mixology Excellent cocktail execution and presentation Experience developing signature cocktails and beverage menus Strong English and excellent Guest communication skills Naturally social, confident, positive, and energetic Professional and well-presented Strong leadership and team-training abilities Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume operation UAE experience is a strong advantage OWN THE BAR You will be responsible for: Leading and motivating the bar team during service Setting standards for cocktail quality, speed, presentation, and hospitality Training and developing Bartenders and Barbacks Creating and improving signature cocktails Maintaining recipes, specifications, and portion standards Managing daily bar mise en place and operational readiness Monitoring inventory, stock, wastage, and beverage costs Supporting ordering and supplier coordination Maintaining excellent hygiene and bar organization Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and FOH team Engaging with Guests and creating memorable bar experiences WE WANT PERSONALITY Technical knowledge can make someone a good bartender. Personality, leadership, and hospitality make a great Head Bartender. We want someone who can walk behind the bar and immediately bring confidence and positive energy to the team. Someone who knows the regular Guests, can recommend the right drink without sounding scripted, develops younger Bartenders, notices problems before they become problems, and takes pride in every detail of the bar.
