Head Barista – Russian Speaker

We are looking for an experienced, well-spoken, and customer-focused Head Barista who speaks Russian to lead our coffee shop's barista team. The ideal candidate must have strong specialty coffee knowledge, excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a premium coffee shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the barista team to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, and signature drinks.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of coffee beans, extraction, grinding, brewing techniques, and latte art.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and recipe standards.
• Communicate confidently with Russian-speaking and international guests.
• Train team members on coffee preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Manage coffee inventory, stock levels, equipment cleanliness, and daily bar operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate with management to improve service quality, sales, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of barista experience, preferably in specialty coffee or premium coffee shops.
• Previous experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Team Leader is preferred.
• Fluency in Russian is essential.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and specialty coffee.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, engaging, and professional personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong understanding of coffee shop hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
