Job Description

We are looking for a highly creative, experienced, and passionate Head Barista to help launch and lead a new specialty coffee brand in Al Ain.

We are not looking for someone who simply makes coffee. We want a talented professional who can create unique signature drinks, develop trending products, and help build a standout coffee brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative signature coffee drinks.
• Create visually appealing, trend-worthy beverages.
• Research market trends and introduce new product ideas.
• Develop and optimize the coffee and beverage menu.
• Assist in selecting coffee equipment, beans, and suppliers.
• Lead the coffee shop setup and launch.
• Manage daily operations and maintain consistent quality.
• Train and supervise barista staff.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and wastage.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with management on business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of specialty coffee experience.
• Previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista.
• Strong creativity and beverage development skills.
• Proven ability to develop original signature drinks.
• Experience in launching a new coffee shop is preferred.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
