Head of Authority Approvals & Permits (UAE National - Emirati)

OBJECT ONE is seeking an experienced Head of Authority Approvals & Permits to lead all government authority coordination, regulatory approvals, and permitting processes across our real estate development portfolio in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within Dubai’s real estate development and construction sector, a strong understanding of local regulatory requirements, and established professional relationships with relevant government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all authority approvals, NOCs, and building permit processes.
• Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Dubai Civil Defence, DEWA, RTA, and other relevant authorities.
• Develop approval strategies and ensure timely issuance of permits.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Manage external consultants and resolve approval-related challenges.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and proactively identify potential approval risks.
• Ensure approvals are obtained in line with project development schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in Dubai’s real estate development or construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully obtaining major development and construction approvals.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval procedures.
• Established professional network within relevant government authorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
