We are in look-out for prospective job aspirants with relevant experience and skill sets for our medical institute located in Bengaluru Rural, details of which are bulleted below for your ready and further consideration: Job Summary: We are Seeking an experienced & Visionary Head of Audio & Visual (A/V) to lead the strategy, creation and execution of all audio & visual content across platforms. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process-from conceptualization to post-production-ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned output across video, audio, & multimedia projects. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy - Define & lead the A/V content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and communication goals. - Manage & mentor a team of videographers, editors, sound designers, & technical staff. - Set quality standards & creative direction for all A/V content. Production & Execution - Oversee the planning, scripting, filming, recording, editing, & delivery of A/V content. - Ensure all productions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet technical & creative expectations. - Lead the creative ideation & story boarding process for campaigns, events, & digital media. Technical Oversight - Manage & maintain production equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, software) - Ensure compliance with copyright, music licensing, & broadcasting standards - Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and trends in audio & video production Post- Production - Supervise the editing, color grading, sound design, voice-over, and final mastering of content - Approve final cuts & mixes before distribution Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or related field - Strong portfolio of audio/video work across formats (commercials, corporate videos, podcasts, etc.) Exceptional storytelling, visual composition & audio direction skills - Strong organizational, leadership, & communication abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with live broadcasting, streaming, or virtual events. - Knowledge of animation, motion graphics, or 3D production - Multilingual audio/ video production experience is a plus Success Metrics: - Timely delivery of A/V content aligned with brand tone & objectives - Audience engagement & feedback on multimedia campaigns - Operational efficiency & budget adherence in production projects - Growth & development of the in-house A/V team Should this role be of interest and relevance to your credentials, please mail your updated profile to " srmgrhr- at - mvjmc. edu. in " or " headhr- at - mvjmc. edu. in ".
