KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead architectural design development from concept to construction Develop and present design concepts to clients and management Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams Monitor site implementation and ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications Conduct regular site visits and inspections Monitor project progress, schedules, and deliverables Source, canvass, and coordinate finishing materials Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, specifications, availability, and deliveries Review subcontractor accomplishments and billing documentation Review plans, details, specifications, and technical documents Resolve design, construction, material, and coordination issues Maintain proper project documentation and report critical concerns to management Ensure quality, cost, schedule, and design standards are maintained QUALIFICATIONS Registered and Licensed Architect (RLA) in the Philippines 4–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction Strong understanding of both design and actual construction implementation Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and construction teams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of material sourcing, canvassing, and supplier coordination Experience reviewing subcontractor accomplishments and billing Willing to conduct regular site visits Valid driver's license / ability to drive is an advantage Proficiency in relevant architectural/design software. AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Ermita: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Head Architect: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
