# Head of AI Automation **People Matter PH** · Pasig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Full Onsite | Day Shift | Pasig City Key Responsibilities - Lead engineering, architecture, and data teams, recruit talent, and promote innovation. - Develop and implement the company’s long-term AI/ML and automation strategy. - Manage budgets and track performance, business value, and cost savings through KPIs. - Ensure ethical AI practices, regulatory compliance, data security, and bias management. - Promote AI adoption across the organization and align AI initiatives with business goals. - Manage technology vendors, build strategic partnerships, and evaluate build-versus-buy options. Key Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - 12+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or data/ML. - 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and scaling engineering teams. - Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation or enterprise AI product development. Preferred Certifications: - Leadership: Executive Leadership, PMP - Governance: IAPP AIGP, CGEIT - Cloud: Cloud Digital Leader or AWS, GCP, or Azure Executive Cloud Architecture Application Question(s): - What is your expected salary? - How long is your notice period?
