Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations, including significant experience in a superintendent or managerial capacity. Strong technical knowledge of HDD drilling methods, bore planning, pilot drilling, reaming, pullback operations, drilling fluids, tracking/locating systems, and HDD tooling and equipment. Demonstrated experience in the installation of HDPE and/or steel pipes through HDD, including large-diameter or complex crossings. Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate construction drawings, HDD profiles, alignment plans, technical specifications, method statements, and other project documents. Ability to assess ground conditions, bore feasibility, drilling risks, and potential technical issues, and implement appropriate corrective measures. Experienced in planning and coordinating HDD manpower, equipment, materials, schedules, and daily operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines. Ability to monitor project progress, productivity, drilling performance, and resource utilization, and prepare or review operational and progress reports. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate HDD teams and effectively liaise with clients, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Valid passport is a must. Relevant HDD, construction, safety, or equipment-operation certifications are an advantage. Pay: Php24,298.51 - Php75,300.86 per month Work Location: In person
