Work closely with the direct Manager to manage and develop existing accounts by developing account management plans for key customers. Analyze customer needs and develop suitable equipment solutions based on a strong understanding of automation products and their functions. Collaborate with Technical Specialists to develop proposals for complex product modifications or customization requirements based on customer needs. Analyze competitive trends and competitors’ strategies, and evaluate the impact of new products introduced to the market by competitors. Report results to the Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements Passionate about technical sales. Bachelor’s/College degree in Control & Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field . At least 1 year of experience in sales, technical, maintenance, or production is preferred. Ability to work independently. Dynamic, proactive, and strong negotiation skills. Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
