Conduct customer environment assessments, gather technical requirements, and propose suitable implementation approaches. Install, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot security solutions, including: Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, WAF Support the development of solution design documents, deployment guides, and operational procedures. Collaborate with internal teams, technology partners, and customers throughout project implementation phases. Collect, analyze, and investigate system logs to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance. Research, evaluate, and implement open-source security technologies when appropriate. Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers after deployment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure deployment or cybersecurity solution implementation. Hands-on experience with at least one of the following technologies: Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, VPN, WAF Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems. Knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN. Experience in system administration, network troubleshooting, and security operations. Ability to analyze logs, diagnose technical issues, and perform root cause analysis. Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks effectively. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proactive mindset, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience with AI-powered tools to enhance research, troubleshooting, and productivity. Experience working for system integrators (SI), managed security service providers (MSSP), or cybersecurity projects is a plus. Why Joins Us?
