This role interacts directly with the hardware sales team and manages a variety of projects on an ongoing basis. High attention to detail and a passion for learning are key. You will join a team of hardware sales professionals focused on transforming more customers and changing more lives. What You'll Do: Support the hardware sales team with general administrative tasks - Support the hardware sales team with general administrative tasks - Manage and maintain quality of NetSuite data - Work with internal NetSuite Administrator to better automate sales processes and reporting through NetSuite - Compile a variety of reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis - Update pricing data in NetSuite - Communicate with customers on order details - Work with our distribution partners to coordinate open order shipments and RMA requests - Assist the hardware technical team with communication to end users for our hardware professional services programs - Update hardware support and HPS Contracts in NetSuite Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent marketing and sales administrative experience required - Strong written communication skills are a MUST - Proficient in and a minimum of four (4) years of experience using Microsoft Office applications - Must work well independently, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines - Enjoy challenging and fast-paced work - Must be creative, energetic, extremely organized and detail-oriented - Experience with NetSuite CRM is preferred - Hours will average 20+ a week.
