As a computer Support Engineer, you should provide support and technical assistance regarding any hardware and software issue . You should also possess a lot of knowledge and experience to troubleshoot problems and errors. Responsibilities: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Deploy software updates and security patches. Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools. Document technical issues and resolutions. Maintain accurate records of IT assets. Collaborate with team members. Qualifications: Freshers are welcome. Should be English Speaking. Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: IT: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
