We are specifically looking for someone with direct, real-world experience in the hair transplant industry in the United States . This is not a general healthcare consulting position. Responsibilities Advise on the setup and operation of a hair transplant clinic Help develop efficient FUE procedure workflows Advise on staffing structure and team requirements Provide guidance on recruiting experienced hair transplant professionals Advise on equipment, instruments, supplies, and vendors Help establish patient consultation and intake processes Advise on procedure-day workflow and operational efficiency Provide guidance on pre-operative and post-operative processes Help develop pricing and treatment packages Advise on patient acquisition, consultation, and conversion Help establish quality-control and operational systems Provide ongoing guidance as the practice launches and grows Who We’re Looking For Ideal candidates may have experience as a: Hair Transplant Consultant Hair Restoration Practice Manager Hair Transplant Operations Manager Experienced FUE Team Lead Hair Restoration Patient Consultant Hair Transplant Clinic Director Physician or clinical professional with significant hair transplant industry experience Candidates who have personally helped open, manage, or scale a hair transplant clinic are strongly preferred. Experience with FUE hair transplantation is highly preferred. Experience with hair transplant practices in California is a major plus. What Matters Most We are looking for someone who understands how a successful hair transplant clinic actually operates—from staffing and equipment to patient flow, procedures, consultations, pricing, and day-to-day operations. We want practical advice based on real hair transplant clinic experience , not theoretical or general healthcare consulting experience. Compensation is based on experience, with higher pay available for candidates with extensive, proven hair transplant industry experience. This position will begin on a consulting basis and may develop into a long-term relationship for the right person. Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
