H&S Executive

Responsibilities:

• Lead HSE & Security strategy and operations across all sites and departments;
• Ensure compliance with legal, corporate, ISO 45001, KORE, and SGP requirements;
• Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), including audits, reporting, and continuous improvement;
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, training, and awareness programs;
• Drive local and corporate HSE initiatives, monitoring performance and compliance;
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, workplace evaluations, and incident investigations;
• Analyze HSE data, identify risks and trends, and implement corrective actions;
• Provide expert HSE support to departments, contractors, and management;
• Oversee site security, access control, emergency preparedness, and asset protection;
• Monitor HSE & Security KPIs and promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications:

• University Graduate;
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Engineer;
• Knowledge of statutory and legislative legal enactments regarding occupational safety
• Knowledge of basic technological processes of the enterprise, arrangement of occupational safety activities and internal working rules
• Language skills: English - Upper-Intermediate;
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs.
