# Gypsum Foreman – Interior Fit-Out **Euro Systems LLC** · Al Quoz · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 2 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Gypsum Foreman – Interior Fit-Out Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Construction Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Gypsum Foreman to supervise and manage gypsum, drywall, false ceiling, partition, and related interior fit-out works at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site manpower and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead gypsum installers, carpenters, and helpers on site. Plan and allocate daily manpower and work activities. Execute gypsum partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads, shaft walls, and decorative gypsum works. Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, and ceiling plans. Ensure proper setting out, levels, alignment, and finishing of gypsum works. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, MEP teams, and other trades. Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedule. Inspect completed works and rectify defects, snags, and finishing issues. Ensure proper installation of framing, gypsum boards, jointing, sanding, and finishing. Monitor material usage and minimize wastage. Maintain proper manpower allocation and productivity. Ensure compliance with site safety rules and PPE requirements. Coordinate with consultants and site teams for inspections when required. Prepare daily progress and manpower reports. Train and guide gypsum workers and helpers to maintain quality workmanship. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in gypsum, drywall, false ceiling, or interior fit-out works. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gypsum Foreman is preferred. UAE/GCC experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, false ceilings, bulkheads, and decorative gypsum works. Ability to read and understand construction/shop drawings. Strong leadership and manpower management skills. Good knowledge of site safety and quality requirements. Ability to coordinate with multiple trades and site teams. UAE Driving Licence is an advantage. Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
