Role description

Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Job Description:

• 7 - 11 years of IT experience with strong experience in Guidewire application support hands on experience in ClaimCenter and high-level working knowledge in Billing Center

Primary Skills:

• Lead day-to-day L2 production support including incident triage troubleshooting problem management and service restoration
• Strong working knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter including application functionality configurations integrations batch processes and production issue analysis
• High-level understanding of Guidewire BillingCenter and its key business processes and integrations
• Coordinate with L1 and L3development teams, Guidewire vendor teams, and business stakeholders for resolution of complex issues
• Drive SLA adherence incident prioritization RCA problem management operational health checks and support governance
• Provide technical guidance to the L2 team and support major critical incident management
• Experience working in an ITIL based production support environment with tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent

Secondary Skills:

• Guidewire BillingCenter functional application knowledge
• Guidewire integrations APIs web services and batch processing
• SQL database troubleshooting and log analysis
• Incident Problem and Change Management
• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
• Guidewire Cloud SaaS exposure is preferred
• Good communication stakeholder coordination and team leadership skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
