Job Summary =========== A Guidewire Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and implementing Guidewire software solutions (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) for insurance companies. Core Responsibilities ===================== Requirements & Documentation Facilitate sessions to understand and document business needs and user requirements for Guidewire projects Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, configuration specs, business rules, and epics/stories with acceptance criteria Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories Analysis & Design ================= Their role includes workflow analysis, documentation, testing, and providing recommendations to optimize system performance Define end-to-end workflows, data mappings, and integration specifications Understands customer needs and translates them into technical requirements and user stories; performs impact assessments, estimates user stories, and supports the creation of business cases Required Skills & Qualifications ================================ Strong knowledge of insurance processes and Guidewire products is essential for success in this position In-depth knowledge of P&C insurance processes and strong experience with Guidewire platforms Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance market, focusing on Policy Center / Claims insurance domain, and knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements Experience 6 to 8+ years related work experience including business processes, principles of process analysis and project management Location : Waco, TX Share the resume : BSelvaraj@newdreamdatasystems.com Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
