We are a small startup team that moves fast, and we are getting ready to expand to Latin America. The role We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Associate who wants to grow with us and help move our numbers on both sides of the marketplace: more active drivers and more passengers taking rides. You will run campaigns, test what works and report results every week. This is a startup role: you will wear many hats, learn fast and have real ownership from day one. It is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants hands-on growth and marketing experience. Responsibilities - Plan and run growth campaigns to attract, activate and retain both drivers and passengers. - Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google and app stores, and grow organic channels: social media, community groups, referrals and local promotions. - Lead driver recruitment and activation efforts, and keep drivers connected through reactivation campaigns and incentives. - Execute CRM communications to drivers and passengers (push, in-app, email, WhatsApp, SMS). - Represent Paxxy in the field and at community events across NYC. - Test new ideas quickly, measure results and scale what works. - Track growth and marketing metrics and share a weekly report with results and next steps. Requirements - Fluent in English. Speaking Spanish is a big plus: our team works in Spanish every day. - Some experience or strong interest in growth, digital marketing or field marketing (internships, side projects or past jobs count). - Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads, or eagerness to learn them quickly. - Comfortable with data: Google Sheets or Excel, tracking numbers and reporting results. - Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful and quick to follow up. - Available to work from our office and in the field across NYC, including some evenings and weekends.
