Team Management · Lead and manage a team of fleet sales professionals · Coach and develop fleet marketing professionals to improve performance · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback · Manage daily fleet coverage and reporting · Will accompany fleet marketing professionals during first fleet visitation to provide support and showcase fleet capabilities. 2. Business Development · Develop and execute fleet sales strategies to meet group targets. · Identify and pursue new business opportunities ( new fleet accounts) · Develop and maintain relationships with key customers (fleet manager/director/purchasing) and accounts · Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products and competitor acitivity 3. Customer Service · Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction · Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues · Develop and implements fleet customer retentions strategies Requirements: · With atleast 2-3 years of experience in fleet sales or related field · Strong leadership and management skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · With track record of sales success · Familiar with fleet management software and system advantage · College graduate Skills and competencies: 1.
