# GROUP INTERNAL AUDITOR OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE **ZOI CAFE-branch** · Al-Ayn · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role ZOI Group | Full-Time | Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE ZOI Group is looking for an experienced Group Internal Auditor – Operations & Compliance to conduct independent, evidence-based audits across our cafés, QSR operations, bakery, central production, warehouse, logistics, and corporate support functions. The position reports directly to the General Manager and CEO and requires regular field visits between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. Key Responsibilities Audit FOH, BOH, kitchen, beverage, food safety, and production operations. Review finance, purchasing, cost control, inventory, logistics, HR, training, and other support-function controls. Conduct scheduled and authorised unannounced audits. Identify operational and compliance gaps using documented evidence. Prepare clear audit reports and management summaries. Track corrective actions and independently verify closure. Escalate critical risks and recurring control failures. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant hospitality or multi-site F&B experience. At least 2 years of experience in audit, compliance, quality assurance, or structured control reviews . Strong understanding of hospitality operations and internal controls. Strong English report-writing and Excel skills . POS/inventory-system experience; Foodics experience is preferred . Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Ability to travel regularly between Abu Dhabi and Al Ain and attend approved early, late, or weekend audit visits when required. High integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional confidence. What We Provide Company vehicle for assigned business travel. Approved business fuel and travel expenses.
