Job Responsibilities: - Oversee daily finance and accounting operations - Prepare and review full set of accounts and financial reports - Manage AR, AP and account reconciliations - Handle taxation and compliance matters - Support annual budgeting and forecasting - Prepare financial analysis and reports for management - Liaise with auditors, Company Secretary and other external parties - Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiency - Lead and guide a small team of finance staff - Support other finance-related projects when required Requirements: - Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field - Minimum 9 years of relevant finance/accounting experience - Professional accounting qualification is an advantage - Strong experience in financial reporting and finance operations - Good team leadership and people management skills - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Presentable, articulate and able to work well with different stakeholders - Good analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills Pay: Up to RM18,000.00 per month Benefits: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Work Location: In person
