Group Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all financial activities across the group, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team. Prepare, review, and present accurate consolidated financial statements. Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units. Monitor cash balances, optimize working capital, and manage funding requirements for varied operations. Establish and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years serving in a senior managerial or group-level capacity. Industry Expertise: It is better to have experience in both the F&B AND Electronics sectors. Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and modern ERP systems. Leadership: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse finance team and present complex data clearly. Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Kuwait with a valid, transferable visa.
