Experience in a BI, data, or analytical role, ideally in a delivery or platform context Strong grasp of analytical practice - able to set standards and translate them into effective quality gate mechanics Data governance experience - Business Glossary, KPI/metric definitions, catalogue management - and familiarity with the tooling to support it (DAWISO or similar) Competence in process design - able to introduce new processes and drive the change management yourself Strong analytical and structured thinking - able to break complex business questions into clear, actionable steps Effective communication - able to bridge business and technical delivery teams on a daily basis Fluent English - comfortable working regularly with colleagues across multiple countries Nice to have: People management experience - you may manage people where needed, although day-to-day tasking of analysts is not part of the role Retail or pharma industry background What do we offer? AI tooling provided and encouraged - licences for coding assistants, and room to automate your own work rather than grinding through it. A team that values sharing knowledge over working in silos. Room to grow - both technically and into broader ownership over time. Flexibility : A flexible working environment tailored to modern standards.
