About the Job

An exciting opportunity as part of its Group Finance team, overseeing group consolidation, financial reporting and analysis.

The role also offers exposure to budgeting, audit, corporate exercises and cross-functional collaboration across the Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Group's financial consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including Bursa Malaysia announcements and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and reviews, providing insights into the Group's financial performance, trends and variances.
• Coordinate with finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure timely reporting, consistency in accounting practices and compliance with Group policies.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, external and internal audits, as well as corporate exercises such as mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of Group reporting processes, while liaising with external auditors, tax agents and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, accounting principles and taxation.
• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
