# Group Accountant **Bodylogics** · Barnet · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Group Accountant (Financial Controller) - Bodylogics / MASILEO Group We are looking for a commercially minded, qualified accountant to lead finance across our group of companies covering our healthcare clinics and our property business, and to help us buy and grow companies. Role Group Financial Controller Reports to Owner and Director Location North London, hybrid [confirm office base and days on site] Hours Full time Salary Starting from £40,000 plus bonus Team Member of the leadership team This is not a back office role. You will sit alongside the owner, shape decisions before they are made, and be the person banks, advisers and sellers deal with on the numbers. About MASILEO Group MASILEO Group Holdings Ltd is a privately owned group with two very different businesses under one roof, and a clear plan to grow both through acquisition. Bodylogics Health and Fitness has been treating patients across North London since 2009. We run clinics in Barnet, Winchmore Hill, Whetstone and Colindale with over 30 therapists offering physiotherapy, sports therapy, podiatry, massage, acupuncture, nutrition, shockwave therapy and private GP services. The clinics are currently trying to obtain CQC registration and operate through five trading companies, with a mix of employed staff, self employed practitioners and joint venture arrangements. MASILEO Property Ltd is our property investment and development business, building a portfolio of commercial property across a number of companies, alongside related construction activity. This business is in it's infancy but we have ambitious targets to grow this. We want to grow both sides, buying clinics and practices that fit Bodylogics and acquiring and developing property. That makes this a genuinely varied finance role: healthcare one hour, development finance the next, and a deal on the table most of the time. The role You will own the finances of every company in the group, from monthly numbers and tax through to bank funding and acquisitions. Day to day you will make sure each company's accounts are accurate, on time and actually useful, so the owner and managers can see what is making money and what is not. You will produce the forecasts that decide whether we can afford the next clinic or the next property, and you will take those forecasts into the room with bank managers and lenders. When we look at buying a business, you will lead the financial side: reviewing the target's books, testing what it is really worth, working with our solicitors and advisers on the structure, and bringing it into the group cleanly once we gain ownership. You will work closely with the owner, the Head of Operations and the clinic managers, and with our external accountants and advisers. This suits someone who enjoys variety, likes being close to the decisions, and is happy to roll their sleeves up in a growing business rather than sit in a large finance department.
