Acts as a liaison between the company and all government ministries and portals. Key Responsibilities: 1. MHRSD / Qiwa / Muqeem: - Handle Qiwa - contracts, transfers, profession change - Handle Muqeem - Iqama renewal, exit re-entry - Handle Mudad / Salaries & WPS compliance - Nitaqat monitoring and maintain green status - Handle GOSI, Wage Protection, Labor office visits 2. MISA / Ministry of Commerce / Industry: - MISA license renewal (if foreign investor company) - Ministry of Commerce - CR renewal, MOA amendments - Ministry of Industry & Mineral Resources - Industrial License renewal, MODON license, factory visits - Municipality (Baladiya) - Baladi license renewal 3. Passport & Immigration (Jawazat): - Iqama renewal, transfer, profession change - Exit/Re-entry, Final Exit 4. Other Authorities: - SASO, SABER for import - ZATCA - VAT filing coordination with accountant - Chamber of Commerce attestation - Traffic (Moroor) - Vehicle istimara, tafweedh - Medical insurance coordination 5. Documentation: - Maintain expiry tracker for all CRs, licenses, iqamas, insurance in Excel - Submit report to GM weekly Requirements: - 1-3 years experience as GRO in a small industrial / manufacturing company in Riyadh - MANDATORY - Must know MODON and Ministry of Industry process for factories - Must have valid Saudi driving license + car - Must know all portals: Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad, MISA, GOSI, Etimad, Baladi - Good English - to communicate with management - Can handle labor office and Jawazat independently - Small company experience is MUST - someone who does all work himself, not just supervising Bonus Points: If you have experience in aluminium / steel / construction factory GRO, you will be preferred.
