We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer

Experience: 2–3+ years Type: Full-time

Are you a graphic designer, who is young, energetic with a creative spark, driven by a passion for visual design and motion graphics. If yes — we want you on our team.

A Graphic Designer to create compelling digital design content across our platforms. Someone with 1-2 years of agency/ studio experience, understands brand and AI fluent. Focussed on typography, fonts, grids, composition and tiny details, you will work closely with marketing, and content teams to design high-quality visuals that communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and impact.

From static creatives to motion graphics, reels, YouTube videos, GIFs, and campaign assets — your creativity will shape how audiences interact with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop engaging designs for digital ads, social media campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral.

· Create motion graphics, animations, short-form videos, reels, GIFs, and interactive content.

· Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints.

· Experience in UI/UX , website, landing page creation is a plus

Required Skills & Experience

· 2–3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with an agency

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

· Additional expertise that can help:

o Figma

o Canva

o CapCut

· Genuinely comfortable with AI creative tools, particularly image generation, visual experimentation and light animation.

· Previous experience in CFD, Stock Markets, Trading, Financial Services will be a big advantage

Soft Skills

· Strong attention to detail, visual accuracy, and brand consistency

· Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

· Creative thinking with the ability to propose and execute new ideas

· Strong communication and collaboration skills
