You'll install high-quality graphics, support digital and print production, and make sure every finished piece meets our standards. You'll work with current design tools and materials to bring visual concepts to life across multiple platforms, and your energy and precision will be key to strengthening our brand presence. Responsibilities - Install a wide range of graphics, including signage, banners, wall wraps, and digital displays, with accuracy and attention to detail - Assist with fabrication, ensuring all jobs are produced to specification - Keep a clean, organized workspace to support efficient workflow and safe installations - Ensure all installations follow branding guidelines and technical standards for print advertising and signage Qualifications - Ability to operate installation and fabrication tools safely and effectively - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas clearly to clients and team members - Experience with graphic design software is a plus - A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for creative production - Valid driver's license is preferred Physical Requirements - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. - Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts at heights up to 20 ft. - Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods - Willingness to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather Schedule - Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. - Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to meet installation deadlines Join a team dedicated to turning ideas into compelling visuals.
