Key Responsibilities - Create and manage content for Instagram, X, newsletters, and other platforms . - Develop captions, graphics, promotional content, and monthly content calendars. - Create and manage Amazon product images and A+ Content . - Support book covers, limited editions, sales catalogues, and other publishing materials. - Reformat and upload publishing files to platforms such as CoreSource and Simon & Schuster Australia . - Review teasers, trailers, and promotional videos and provide feedback. - Maintain and review website content, including links, images, and text. - Respond to inquiries through social media, Discord, and the website . - Coordinate with creators, beta readers, and internal teams. - Track projects, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables. - Provide creative and operational support across publishing and marketing projects. Required Skills - Strong graphic design and content-creation skills. - Good written English and copywriting ability. - Knowledge of social media management. - Strong organizational and project-management skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience - Publishing, manga, manhwa, comics, or book-related experience. - Instagram and X management. - Newsletter and email marketing. - Amazon A+ Content. - Website and Discord management. - Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. - Basic video editing or trailer production. Key Performance Areas - Timely and accurate completion of projects. - Quality of social media and marketing content. - Consistent content calendar execution. - Accuracy of publishing files and website content. - Effective creator, beta-reader, and team coordination. - Meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail. Candidate Profile A creative, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who is comfortable working across creative, publishing, marketing, and coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced publishing environment. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
