Your Mission - Performance Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting static and motion graphics for Meta, Google Display, and Pinterest ad campaigns. - Photo Processing & Editing: Retouch, color-grade, and process product photography in accordance with Gusti guidelines and Corporate Identity (CI). - AI Tool Integration: Utilize modern generative AI tools (such as Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, and Midjourney) to streamline asset creation, background edits, and short motion clips. - Multi-Format Adaptation: Resize, reframe, and optimize visual concepts across all digital touchpoints (1:1, 9:16, 2:3, and horizontal banners). - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our international performance marketing team to turn performance data into creative design iterations. - Process Optimization: Follow workflow plans, meet project deadlines, and proactively report changes, technical bottlenecks, or process improvements.
