We're launching our first branch outside Dubai in early 2027, and we're looking for someone to help us bring our visual identity and branded merchandise with us. The Role We're hiring a Graphic Designer & Merchandise Executive to own two connected sides of our brand: the creative that shows up across our campaigns, branches and channels, and the physical merchandise — apparel, retail products and welcome packs — that our members hold in their hands. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with our wider Marketing, Operations and Accounts teams, with your work directly supporting our upcoming Abu Dhabi launch. This is a newly created role, so there's real room to shape it as we scale. What You'll Do Design Design creative for social media, paid ads, WhatsApp, email and website, working within our existing brand guidelines Produce printed collateral, signage, posters and event materials Keep TV content across branches current and on-brand Provide light website support — updating pages, images and content Support design needs for seasonal campaigns, promotions and new branch launches, including our Abu Dhabi opening Merchandise Own our branded retail range — apparel, accessories and consumables — from concept through to ordering Source and manage supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, minimum order quantities and turnaround times Track inventory and manage stock levels across all branches, forecasting reorder points Assemble welcome packs for new members and new branch launches, on schedule Manage a working merchandise budget and flag cost or supplier issues early Review and refresh the merchandise range based on member feedback and sales data What We're Looking For Proven graphic design experience and a portfolio you can walk us through Confident with standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) Highly organized, with a strong eye for detail and consistency Comfortable working across a fast-moving, multi-branch brand A collaborative team player who works well with Marketing, Operations and Accounts Nice to Have Experience managing suppliers, purchase orders or retail/apparel stock Experience in retail, hospitality, education or another fast-scaling, multi-location brand How to apply Along with your CV, please include a covering letter and a link to your portfolio for our consideration.
