You will design social media posts, carousels, reel covers, campaign creatives and original illustrations. We need someone who can understand a brief, develop strong visual ideas and deliver consistently without requiring constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and reel thumbnails. Create original digital illustrations for yoga, fitness, wellness and children’s content. Design graphics for performance marketing campaigns and promotions. Adapt designs into multiple social media sizes and formats. Follow the visual identity of different brands and maintain consistency. Convert scripts, ideas and briefs into visually engaging content. Work closely with the social media, video editing and marketing teams. Manage multiple projects and meet daily and weekly deadlines. Organise design files, editable source files, fonts and exported assets properly. Make revisions quickly based on internal or client feedback. Use AI-powered design tools where appropriate to speed up ideation and production. Required Skills Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and visual hierarchy. Good digital illustration skills. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Ability to design specifically for Instagram, YouTube and digital advertising. Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas. Good communication, time management and file-management skills. Ability to work quickly without compromising design quality. A portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and illustration work is mandatory. Good to Have Knowledge of Canva, Procreate, Figma or similar tools. Basic motion graphics or animation skills. Experience designing content for yoga, fitness, wellness, children or lifestyle brands. Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or ChatGPT. Basic understanding of Meta advertising creatives. Who Should Apply? You may be a good fit if you: Are creative but also organised and dependable.
