SUMMARY This position is responsible for the overall design and creation of high-quality visual materials, including both print and digital media, for Sun Tan City and Wellness City primarily and occasionally Buff City Soap, Planet Fitness, 7 Brews, and SEVEN. Graphic designers are responsible for creating press ready files. - Create content for social channels this would include but not limited to cutting and editing UGC, static photos, and graphics. - Collaborate cross-functionally to understand individual project needs and determine design solutions that align with marketing and brand guidelines. - Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Capcut to create visual assets. - Ensure that all assets adhere to brand standards. - Take the initiative to transform campaign and content ideas into visual assets. - Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests. - Incorporate changes recommended by franchisees and project owners into final designs. - Aid in proofing process on their own or other designers’ work. - Communication with franchisees and project owners regarding revisions, file prep, and timelines. BASIC & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role. - Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication or a related field required. - Agency experience preferred. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. - Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint including layouts, animations, templates, and using PowerPoints to tell a coherent story. - Ability to deliver on quick turnaround requests. - Passion for learning new techniques to continue to push the brand and create innovative designs. - Strong collaboration and project management skills. - Strong skills within Adobe Creative Suite - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Familiar with Capcut, After Effects, and Canva. - Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. - High levels of attention to detail. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & TRAVEL - Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for extended periods. - Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods. - Travel: Rarely (Less than 10%), locally.
