We're passionate about creating beautifully designed products, and we want our imagery to do them justice. As we continue to grow across major UK and EU marketplaces, we're looking for a creative, detail-driven Visual Content Artist to join our e-commerce team. The Role Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you'll create imagery, video, and digital content across our brands and marketplaces using a mix of AI-driven tools and traditional software. You'll produce high-quality, accurate visual assets that support product listings and marketing, working closely with the wider e-commerce team to drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency across every channel. Key Responsibilities · Create product imagery, lifestyle visuals, infographics, and video content using AI tools, tailored to each range and marketplace · Ensure content accurately represents product features, dimensions, and materials, staying consistent with brand and marketplace guidelines · Manage your workload against priorities and deadlines, working from briefs provided by the e-commerce team · Keep an organised library of files, folders, and finished assets · Ensure content meets marketplace-specific policies · Stay current on new tools and techniques, and recommend improvements to workflow and output quality · Supporting with graphic design ad hoc projects What We're Looking For · Experience creating imagery, video, or digital content, ideally in a retail, e-commerce, or marketing environment · Proficiency with content creation tools for product and lifestyle visuals · Understanding of image requirements across different marketplaces · Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines · High level of accuracy and attention to detail · A creative, visual mindset with a good eye for composition and brand consistency · Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Pay: £30,000 - £32,500 per year Benefits: · Casual dress · Employee discount · Free parking · On-site parking Pay: £30,000.00-£32,500.00 per year Benefits: Employee discount Free parking Work Location: In person
