The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills but also be comfortable with video editing, AI-powered image creation, photography, content planning, and social media management . We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept → content plan → design → video/photo production → social media publishing . Key Responsibilities - Create professional and engaging graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and marketing campaigns. - Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, banners, brochures, and promotional materials. - Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms. - Use AI tools for image generation, photo creation, editing, enhancement, and creative visual concepts . - Plan and develop monthly/weekly social media content calendars. - Assist in developing creative concepts, campaign ideas, and visual storytelling. - Take and edit professional photographs and videos for businesses, products, team members, events, and social media. - Manage and organize creative assets, brand guidelines, photos, videos, and design files. - Create content suitable for different platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity. - Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and convert ideas into high-quality visual content. - Stay updated with the latest AI creative tools, social media trends, design trends, and content formats . - Support social media management, including content scheduling, captions, hashtags, and basic community engagement when required. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . - Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing tools . - Experience using AI image-generation and creative AI tools . - Good photography and basic videography skills. - Understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube . - Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, branding, and visual storytelling. - Ability to create content from scratch rather than relying only on templates. - Good understanding of social media content planning and trends. - Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred - Previous experience working with a digital marketing agency or marketing team . - Experience creating content for UAE/Dubai-based businesses. - Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or other AI creative tools . - Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing. - UAE work experience is preferred. - Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred. What We’re Looking For We want someone who is creative, proactive, and hands-on . You should be able to receive a simple idea such as "We need a promotional campaign for this service" and independently develop the creative concept, visuals, photos/videos, social media content, and supporting designs . This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work across graphic design, video, photography, AI content creation, and digital marketing rather than being limited to traditional graphic design.
