We're a small team of eight in Campbell with a great work culture, and everyone's work shows up directly in what our clients see. We're looking for a reliable, self-directed designer who also enjoys writing and wants to grow with us as we grow. What you'll do - Design social media graphics, web graphics, ads, and print pieces for dental clients - Write and format blog posts that are clear, friendly, and search-friendly - Keep each client's brand consistent across everything you produce - Work from briefs provided by our marketing coordinator and hit agreed deadlines - Revise based on feedback from our team and clients Who thrives here - Attitude goes a long way with us. We expect you to capture client details, feedback, and instructions the first time so nothing gets missed or repeated. - You want more than a task list. We're looking for someone who wants to build skills and take on more over time. What we're looking for - 2+ years of graphic design experience, shown through recent design samples or a portfolio - Strong writing skills, shown through writing examples such as blog posts, web copy, or social captions - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and/or other design tools; Social Media tools such as Capcut or other tools. - Comfort using AI tools as part of your design and writing workflow - A track record of meeting deadlines without being chased - Photography skills a plus Schedule and details - 2 days per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays - In person only. No possibility for remote work - Potential for added hours as our client load grows - Finalists will complete a short paid design and writing exercise To apply Send your resume, a portfolio link, and one writing sample.
