About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and social-first Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team on a 6-month contract (with potential for extension). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment and is fluent in the language of scroll-stopping content.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for creating: Branded graphics and banners for Shopify, Amazon, and our website Scroll-worthy content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok Short-form videos and reels using CapCut or similar tools Engaging story designs, promo graphics, and interactive templates Clean, on-brand photo edits and promotional visuals AI-enhanced creatives using tools like Canva Magic Design, ChatGPT, or similar You’re a Great Fit If You: - Have 1+ year experience in graphic design and photo editing - Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva - Know your way around CapCut, video editing basics, and mobile-first design - Understand social media trends and can translate them into visual content - Are curious and open to exploring AI tools that boost productivity and creativity - Have an eye for color, typography, layout, and detail - Can manage multiple projects with shifting timelines - Are collaborative, organized, and excited to be part of a creative beauty team What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team culture A chance to contribute to a fast-growing, female-led beauty brand Hybrid flexibility – 1 day/week work from home A creative environment with room for professional growth A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension To Apply: Please submit your resume and portfolio (link or PDF).
