The successful candidate will turn briefs into polished designs across digital and print formats, maintain brand consistency, and meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Create concepts and artwork for advertising campaigns, brand identities, presentations, and marketing materials. - Design production-ready artwork for print and promotional materials, including signage, packaging, displays, and event materials. - Prepare final files to the specifications of printers, fabricators, and other production partners. - Adapt and resize designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign requirements. - Work with account managers, copywriters, marketers, and production teams to understand briefs and deliver effective designs. - Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and make revisions while keeping projects on schedule. - Maintain organized project files and follow brand guidelines and quality standards. - Keep up with relevant design trends, materials, and production techniques. Required Skills and Experience - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an advertising, branding, marketing, or production environment. - A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, color, and visual communication skills across digital and print work. - Good understanding of print production, artwork preparation, and file handover requirements. - Knowledge of large-format printing, including artwork setup for banners, signage, vehicle graphics, exhibition graphics, and other oversized materials, is a strong advantage. - Ability to interpret creative briefs and manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to respond constructively to feedback. - Experience working with clients or teams in the UAE or wider GCC is an advantage. Software Proficiency - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe InDesign - Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and preparing print-ready PDFs - Familiarity with preparing large-format print files, including scale, resolution, bleed, color modes, and output requirements.
