The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to create professional visual materials while working within deadlines. Key Responsibilities - Develop creative designs for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, company profiles, and marketing materials. - Create visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, websites, and other digital platforms . - Design project portfolios, project presentations, company profiles, proposals, and tender-related presentation materials. - Create graphics, banners, posters, infographics, and promotional materials for company projects. - Maintain consistency in company branding, fonts, colours, layouts, and visual identity. - Work closely with the HR, Marketing, Business Development, Estimation, and Project teams to understand design requirements. - Edit and enhance photographs, project images, and promotional visuals. - Create professional presentations and visual layouts for management and client meetings. - Develop creative concepts and design ideas based on project requirements. - Prepare artwork and files in appropriate formats for printing and digital use. - Coordinate with printing vendors and suppliers when required. - Support the marketing team with campaign creatives and promotional materials. - Ensure all designs are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with company standards. - Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Keep updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital marketing requirements. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign . - Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an advantage. - Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and branding. - Strong photo editing and image-retouching skills. - Ability to create engaging social media content. - Good presentation and visual communication skills. - Creative thinking with strong attention to detail. - Ability to understand instructions and convert ideas into professional visual designs. - Good time-management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Preferred Experience - 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer. - Experience in construction, interior fit-out, architecture, engineering, real estate, or related industries is preferred. - Experience creating corporate profiles, project portfolios, tender presentations, and social media content will be an advantage. - UAE experience is preferred. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field . - Relevant professional certification with strong practical experience may also be considered. Additional Requirements - Candidates should provide a portfolio of previous design work . - Strong English communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to handle confidential company and project information professionally.
