We're looking for a creative mind who can blend design thinking with AI to deliver high-impact visual content for our products and brand. About the Role We're hiring a Graphic Designer with a strong eye for branding and visual storytelling to create digital assets that strengthen Techdome's brand and support our products across verticals. You'll work closely with Marketing, HR, Product, and Leadership, and should be comfortable using AI-powered tools to work faster and smarter. Key Responsibilities Design creatives for social media, campaigns, employer branding, presentations, and product marketing Develop visuals aligned with Techdome's brand guidelines across business verticals Create marketing collateral — banners, brochures, infographics, email creatives Maintain consistency in typography, color, and visual identity across all deliverables Collaborate across teams, manage multiple requests, and incorporate feedback quickly Use AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar) for ideation, image generation, mockups, and faster turnaround Required Skills 1+ years of experience in Graphic/Visual Design Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and branding A strong portfolio showing creativity and versatility Comfort with AI-powered creative tools Good to Have Motion graphics (After Effects), video editing (Premiere Pro/CapCut) Basic UI/UX (Figma), animation/GIFs Basic HTML/CSS understanding Interview Process AI Interview (JustInterview.ai) Portfolio Review & Design Assessment Leadership Discussion
