In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, engaging branding materials, digital marketing collateral, and print assets that align with our brand identity and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, proficiency in industry-standard design tools, and the ability to turn brief requirements into high-impact visual content. Key Roles & Responsibilities - Design Creation: Develop compelling visual graphics for digital channels (social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, digital ads) and print materials (brochures, flyers, pitch decks, business cards). - Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets maintain brand integrity, consistency, guidelines, and quality standards across all platforms. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and management teams to interpret creative briefs and translate requirements into visual concepts. - Layout & Typography: Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts to build balanced, visually appealing, and effective designs. - Asset Management: Manage, organize, and archive design files, assets, and raw media systematically for team access. - Revisions & Feedback: Review and edit design drafts based on feedback from key stakeholders prior to final production or publication. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, software tools, and marketing aesthetics to keep branding fresh and relevant. Required Skills & Qualifications - Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Experience: 1 to 32years of experience in graphic design. - Software Proficiency: - Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Familiarity with UI/UX layout tools like Figma or Canva is a plus. - Basic knowledge of video editing / motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is an added advantage. - Core Competencies: - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
