The candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. - Create graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand promotions. - Develop creative visuals for farmer awareness programs and agricultural initiatives. - Design packaging concepts, product labels, and branding materials for spices and agricultural commodities. - Create infographics, presentations, and marketing collaterals. - Work closely with the content creation and digital marketing teams. - Ensure consistency in OneRoot's branding across all communication channels. - Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and promotional creatives. - Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices. Requirements - Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools. - Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills. - Basic knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. - Ability to create engaging designs for social media and digital platforms. - Portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred. - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. - Knowledge of agricultural, FMCG, or startup branding is an added advantage.
