Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Designer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind visual storytelling, transforming concepts into compelling designs across digital and print media. Your expertise will shape brand identities, craft engaging marketing materials, and elevate our visual presence through cutting-edge design techniques. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on diverse projects, from branding initiatives to multimedia content, while honing your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. Duties - Develop and execute captivating visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and digital platforms using advanced graphic design software. - Create logos, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. - Design layouts for print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, and advertising collateral with meticulous attention to detail and prepress standards. - Produce motion graphics and video content using tools like Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance multimedia projects. - Manage design file preparation for print production ensuring accurate color management, file formatting, and quality control. - Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop compelling visual content that drives engagement and brand recognition. - Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update website visuals and ensure consistency across digital channels. Skills - Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and other industry-standard tools. - Strong understanding of art direction, branding principles, typography design for media, color theory, and layout design. - Experience with digital art creation, photo editing/manipulation, photo shooting coordination, and digital design techniques. - Knowledge of motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects and video editing skills for multimedia content. - Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web-based projects; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards in print production and digital formats. - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively across teams.
